1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Qurani (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Qurani mobile application (the “Application”). By accessing the Application, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, app designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Application (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.
The Quranic Arabic text and public domain translations are not claimed as our intellectual property, but the specific presentation, curation, and digital implementation are.
3. User Data
The Application allows you to create bookmarks and save preferences ("User Data"). This data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device.
We are not responsible for any loss of User Data resulting from device loss, failure, or the uninstallation of the Application.
4. In-App Purchases
Qurani may offer a "Premium" or "Lifetime" access purchase. If you choose to make such a purchase, you agree to pay the fees associated with the selected product.
- Payments: All payments are processed through your Apple ID account.
- Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable by us. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
- Lifetime Access: "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product application.
5. Disclaimers
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
